A deposit of 25% for each week of rental is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. The deposit is fully refundable if any changes or cancellations are made more than one month before the booked start date. Should you need to cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks before the start, your deposit will be retained. In the unlikely event that we find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a sum equal to twice your deposit will be refunded to you.

The balance of the cost of your rental must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out no later than 10 am.
